(1) Secrecy limits distractions.
(2) Research isn’t everything. Instead of "mall testing" with consumer focus groups, design team went with their own gut instincts.
(3) Niche products can have mass appeal. difference extream level eg. A vs E.
(4) Missing deadlines doesn’t mean failure. Sometimes getting it right takes "a whole lot more time" than expected.
